Monster-Munch - SockMonsters, People Making Things, Graphics, Typography, Illustration, all the good stuff.

Although i did cheat a bit in the form of hitching ;) Seen some unbelievable views, eaten a lot of super noodles round the campfire. Eaten more sour Haribo than you’d ever thought you could. My legs feel like the joints have fused into bone and i’m walking like a zombie. Did see a herd of wild elk running away from us down an alpine valley. Quite spectacular and something i never thought i’d see outside a David Attenbourough show. No bear sightings yet, except a bear poo! ( Does that count ? ) That close enough for me!

I’ve walked on grass, snow, through mud, bogs, and icey rivers. There were some cute chipminks too. See you soon! Nicky x

I’m goin’ to Colorado …Woooo! There’ll be a small break in transmission for a couple of weeks but you’ll be able to see pics and stories about me running away from grizzly bears, sleeping rough, and such over at the fabulous Made In England! Come and see me there and cheer me on as i take on a tiny weeny chunk of the Continental Divide Trail with Cookie and Paul – the intrepid trekkers. They’re walking from Mexico to Canada right now ( they’re a bit crazy i know ) but they’re doing rather well. Tune in for the outdoor action …. Back soon Monster Munchers! Nicky x

Sack Boy MontageHave a wonder over to the Media Molecule blog for more behind the scenes action. I believe Rex is involved with this bunch on the development of Little Big Planet, which looks like it’s going to be one of my favourite games of all time. Animation sketch vid of SackBoy the main characterSack Boy ChewsWatch the work in progress trailer below. It’s pretty good! Kind of excited about this lil fella. Celebrity Money Shots

Some famous faces get the money shot treatment over at Fubiz. Original photoshop competition on at Freaking News including Al Pachino and Mel Gibson. The Charlton Heston one is a great shot, but Queen and The Queen is all together inspired ;)
