£700 each a month for a couple ( or £1440 for just the one person ).
It’s cheaper than my old place down in Shoreditch and 10 times nicer! Great for having mates round.
Bathroom has a giant bath, a walk in shower, and 2 sinks.
The landlord Paul is an extremely lovely guy, who’ll you’ll get to meet. He built the house a couple of years ago. He did an awesome job!

It’s a one Bedroom, with a solid oak bed built in.
