Lush Love Type
Oh! So good. Love the Love, perfect colours and very subtle wire texture. Most gorgeous thing i’ve seen in ages. The digital contrasted with the hand drawn, the wobbly-lined flyer for Lush is busting with character. The type on the back is a wonderful combination of hand typefaces that create an, oddly, both vintage and modern feel. I can’t get enough of hand drawn type. The swishing curves of the logo are plump it looks almost squeezable. Yum. Love is by graphic designer Paul Barnes ( designer of the KateMoss logo and the Guardian typeface ) and Lush I believe is by Alex Ginter via german site Slanted.

i was just googling my name for fun an stumbled upon your blog. Thanks for showing my Lush stuff! It was lots of work to get the final design of that type logo, so i am very happy you like it!
